Why do enrolled members of diff tribes have to pay taxes

Not sure if correct but the obvious would be. That the taxes go to that certain tribe in some way and tribes are not sharing their fortunes.

I honestly have no idea maybe someone else with more experience can tell you more, anybody have a better answer.

Because each tribe is an individually sovereign nation and each on has its own fiscal responsibility to only its own tribal members. So, nontribal natives still have to pay taxes if the payout is not from the tribal members own tribe.⁸⁸>Z atu
