Maybe short staffed. Why they are always busy
With employment at record lows I'd expect this and going in to any restaurant you should plan for similar experiences
I went today and was seated fast, food was good, in expensive and good prices. Maybe people just expect to much of people and a business I dunno.
I've noticed that ever since they changed management, things have kinda gone downhill. Food quality has reduced, prices have gone up. Service is okay, dispite lots of servers just being done with the company and ready to quit at any time(my family goes there a lot and we have gotten to know and become friendly with staff)
I've never once had an issue i mean now that there are more rules put into place since the covid but tbh no need to b mean or rude about it... jus penny for thought
