Hit -100* just 2 days ago with wind chill. Takes just 10 seconds to get frostbite & 30 seconds to get severe frostbite. Feel a like breathing in ice cold water at that temp too. My 10 hats off to the people who live up top & take the recordings etc...
It was -34°F January 5th-6th. Without the wind-chill factored in. For 2018, so far that had been the coldest.
