Why is it that the "rude" people at the Hillsboro store cant sell me a lottery ticket for 30 minutes while they conduct a "shift change"? That's the stupidest thing I've ever seen, Richard's doesn't do that and they are nice about it!

Most shift change as they get better. Takes 10-15min. You don't like that you could try to go before or after that time. 1/2 give or take. Everybody's happy? How hard can it be? I asked myself. So I tried it. I have a better understanding of the process. O was a bartender for about 5 years. Shift change must be done. Again if you avoid that time you to will be happyier. 😐hope this helped?

I have only been to one of the stores in Hillsboro once. Not sure which store you are talking about. I normally patronize Dotty's #6 on Cedar Hills in Beaverton. They usually take between 15-20 minutes to do a shift change but they do ask everyone before shift change if anyone needs anything before they do a shift change. Richards' also does a shift change but maybe not at a time that you have gone there.
