Is taxi service available at all hours ?

Definitely schedule taxi service prior to arrival. I recently arrived around midnight and no lyft/Uber drivers at all, and almost no taxis. Every company I called said it was too late to come out there or they were completely book. I won't make that mistake again. Plan ahead!

You may be better off with an Uber/Lyft?

Technically, yes, but I would call and schedule one ahead of time because I believe many of them are short-staffed currently.
