When is the estimated date of winco foods in hermiston, oregon being built

I haven't heard anything beyond a tentative 2018...

You need to ask Winco corporate that question. Or maybe someone at the Hermiston city hall, as they are the ones going to be issuing building permits.

I did not hear one is for sure being built. I thought that was just a big wish.
