Honestly i didn't know Sears had a repair Dept any more. I believe they can send someone to fix at your house.
They will send someone and if you have warranty and they can't fix it. You will get a gift card
Use website BlueCrew. Gives cost estimate and they do goodnwork..usenformour appliances, some not even bought at Sears. Recommend the Valley Mall store highly
