I don't give them star rating. I have never seen such rude workers in a second hand store before. My girls and I was there this morning so they could give clothing the smart butt broad behind the counter refused to look at the clothes my girls had didn't even take them out of the bag to look at them flat told my girls their clothes was out dated and they won't take because they are be picky next time I will donate them to the woman's shelters. For a second hand store where the clothes are used and dirty expensive we will never support them or recommend them to anybody should of kept valve village instead

Really cool consignment place with clothes that are up to date. Everybodys really nice. The store is organized in a really cool way.

I love this store because they have really cheap brand clothes and you can also sell clothing and get cash up front 🤩 and i love ❤️🤩there instagram 📷wall where they put color theme clothes for any holiday🥳🌼

Worst retail ever. Going to see if I can take legal action on this. Went in today 3/25/22. It was at the Platos Closet in Union Gap, WA. I went to check out 3 items which was black heel shoes a purse and a pair of glasses. I was informed by the lady checking me out that the shoes were final sale and could not be returned once bought. So I said I don’t want them then cause I was planning on still looking around the mall and if I found something better I’d like to refund. She was nice about it and took the shoes off my purchase. She did not inform me the glasses were also final sale. I went and found a cuter pair of glasses at kohl’s. I only had $15 dollars but the glasses were $18. The $16 dollars from gas had not came out my husbands account yet so “I said If u pay the extra $3 I’ll pay u back after I return the glasses at platos so that your account won’t go negative”. This happened because I was not informed they were final sale and now my husbands account went negative; because of that situation where I thought I could return these glasses. I went in to platos and they said the glasses were final sale and they would not refund me. Of course like anyone else I got very upset because I was never informed they were final sale. If I was informed I would never have bought them. The young lady who did my purchase came up and said she apologizes for not informing me and admitted it was her fault. I said since it’s her mistake she should fix it. I wasn’t informed therefore I should be refunded because they made this mistake. It’s not my fault they never told me these glasses were final sale only. If they did I would’ve never checked out those glasses. They didn’t care at all. They didn’t care about how I felt as a customer at all. Her argument was the receipt says it’s final sale so they refused my refund but that’s a terrible argument because I don’t get my receipt til after the purchase I need to be informed during the purchase if an item is not returnable, so that I can know I can’t return this item. No matter how hard I fought they still refused to fix their mistake and still refused to refund me. I felt wronged robbed and very disrespected and upset. I get retail workers can make mistakes I’ve been there I know. But if you make a mistake you fix it. If McDonald’s or any other place makes a mistake they fix it. At the end of the day it ended on a good note because I became the bigger person. I let the boss know she needs to put stickers on final sale items to avoid this problem. I was arguing with the whole store and luckily I’m sane but other people are crazy about their money and that situation could’ve got extremely violent. The boss said they are too poor to get stickers. Hopefully whoever’s above them reads this and gives that store final sale stickers in case another worker is forgetful. No one is gonna read their receipt to see if an item is final sale after their purchase because they should be informed before hand. Either way terrible service terrible attitudes everyone was very violent. No one cared how I felt as a customer. The boss was very nice and I decided to be the bigger person at the end of the day but I’d never recommend this store to anyone I’d rather jump off an airplane than go here again.
