Does this location do electronics recycling? If so, is there a limit to how much you can drop off? Do they actually recycle e-waste or do they ship it overseas or just throw it out?

Call them and ask directly. They certainly would be limited at some point to how much is dropped off.

Yes, they may charge you a fee depending on how much you have recycling. I believe they contract someone who does the recycling for them, hence the small fee. As to what happens to the waste, that's anyone's best guess.
