If you're talking about the picnic tables no I don't believe you can reserve them. First come first serve.
I reserved a pavilion here in October.

I am pretty sure you can reserve the pavillions, but do not know how much they would be, I would look online at the general info area of website.

Not sure. When I was growing up there were no parking fees or fences....it was all public. First come, first serve. How it should be now!
Don't know...call parks department
They have covered party areas, but I never noticed what the reservation process is, if any.
