I have seen dogs in tbe outside area. Remember this is connected to a motel and is on the waterfront. There are many places now with outdoor seating that allow leashed dogs. If your dog isn't a Service Animal than call them before going. Policies change.
Some restaurants yes. Call here and ask. If yes, it would be at the outside bar.
