Best advice I can give is to call the location that you want to go to and discuss your situation. The cost is 15.00 per hour there's no need to purchase a membership however you and your guests will have to fill out and sign there policy contract. Happy shooting and God Bless America!
Strongly suggest going north to reload or north Tampa to shooters world. Shoot strait is pretty bad. Rude employees. Bad air filtration, water dripping from the over head air vents.
Yes, so long as they have photo ID, likely a passport. Technically felon status does not matter because they do not check that, you're firing in a controlled setting and most of the employees in the building are armed.
I'd say as long as the family member is not a felon...... Anyone that is not a felon can handle and own a fire arm in the state of Florida
