in theory yes, this is a public park for everyone to enjoy. Though I mainly see people on wheels like roller skates, blades, skateboards and bikes. be mindful of those who may not see while they are zipping about showing their abilities and practicing.
I must agree with Sara T. It could cause injury to the skaters or anyone who didn't see it. BB courts are nearby and not often used.
Not to the skate park, maybe at the basketball court since hardly anyone is ever there.
