I forgot to ask, is I was purchasing them online and have the user get it at the station. Can I do this and if so what is needed for them to pickup their ticket at the station.

There is a number for the order in the email that is sent about purchase of tickets. They need that and a goverment/state id/dl to prove it in there name. And the money to check any extra luggage. I had some one do it and forward the email to me I showed that with my phone and my Id to pickup my tickets and get going. Hope this helps good luck and god bless.

For greyhound you have to print it off. Then take to the station. That's what I had to do. Hope it helps.
