Welcome to Owensboro, where bums and homeless will try to get your last nickel. Transit personal won't clear them out because they are afraid.

It does not look like a bus station, more signage is highly suggested for people out of town.

I forgot to ask, is I was purchasing them online and have the user get it at the station. Can I do this and if so what is needed for them to pickup their ticket at the station.

There is a number for the order in the email that is sent about purchase of tickets. They need that and a goverment/state id/dl to prove it in there name. And the money to check any extra luggage. I had some one do it and forward the email to me I showed that with my phone and my Id to pickup my tickets and get going. Hope this helps good luck and god bless.
