This is from there FAQ on there website "You need to have a valid driver's license, permit, or be 16 years old and bring in a government issue ID...Kids as young as 12 may race in a junior race, whenever there are no other races running, or about once an hour."
8 YEARS AND OLDER
8-11 requires a Jr class. Under 16 drives less powerful (but still competitive) karts.
Younger children can race, with 8 being the low end cut off. The younger kids have to ride in carts with weaker engines
I've seen teenagers racing, not sure the actual age or height requirement
