Have fixed two flats for me, and every part of the experience was pleasant. It’s a very busy shop due to the location, so there can be some disgruntled customers - pay them no mind, the employees are patient and accurately estimate how long service will take. To the aforementioned grumpy customers: have a heart! These are hard working people and do very well.

Les Schwab is great for tries. Repairs... Well I've had mixed experiences. Tires though, 100% the best place in the Northwest. This particular Les Schwab has a lot of things going for it with it's location. Most of the time flat fixes and new tires aren't quick in and out events. This location has a great deal of easily accessible dining and shopping around it. Fred Meyer, Tigard Music, Perfect Look Salon, Union Gospel Mission Thrift Store, Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant; there's a lot. You can easily plan to drop off your vehicle, go shopping, and come back without having to just sit and wait. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. The only downside was the coffee bar. There is a big ant problem at the coffee bar. Really guys, put out an ant trap. And your coffee is the most watered down stuff ever, but hey, it's free.
