They're very reasonable and honest...
Depending on how severe the dairy allergies are. If you are in need of a dedicated kitchen area, separate from where dairy items are prepared, I doubt that they have that. However, if folks need to order foods that are dairy free, I am sure they can help folks with that ordering process, by suggesting dairy free items or leaving things like cheese off of a menu item.
