You can't pay it at the Stanton station but you can get it signed off there. You have to pay at the court house it was issued to. Most likely the Westminster court.
Yes you can pay the fix it ticket and have it signed off at the Stanton location. Use the yellow call box mounted on the wall next to the front door to have an officer reply.
