CRR trash conpany.. Never pick up your trash.. They love to charge ahead of time..we should strike them? No good very bad service.. They never pick up there phone line or call you back.. Terrible service indeed...

Very hard to get someone on the phone. After a half hour on hold, I left my number for them to call me back. Four hours later I get a call and she could not here me on her end. She hung up. It was a couple minutes to 5:00. Could not get back with them. Very nice people when you can get through.

They keep forgeting to pick up my bins pretty frequently. The customer service lady was pretty nice however.

Green waste container was not picked up on Wednesday scheduled day. Called 2 days later on Friday at 12:15 & was told that I missed the cut off time for same day at 12 noon to have someone go pick them up that day. Was then told that the earliest pick up would be on Monday. The whole street was missed not just mine. Called Monday if Green waste was still going to be picked up & was told yes to give them till 7pm. No one came on Monday so I called Tuesday morning & was again told someone would come on Tuesday. It's 8pm & again no one came to pick up my Green waste. Operator kept telling & assuring someone would go today. This is very un professional of this company for a paying customer Don't understand why I have to go through all this to get my cans picked up
