Need advice on how to dispute a problem on a Fiat lease. My third Fiat 500e leased at this dealership does not qualify for the State rebate,found out after we submitted the application for the rebate Dealership will not resolve problem.

The dealer doesn't have control over whether or not you qualify for the state rebate. The qualifications for the state rebate include no more than two rebates after 1-1-15. You evidently reached the maximum limit and do not qualify for additional rebates. While it would be nice of the dealer to recognize that this is your third purchase or lease, it is really not their responsibility to know the legal requirements for a rebate or alert you to the maximum rebate limit.

The dealer takes the rebate on all leases because technically they own the car not you.
