The officers of this department illegally seize and search law abiding citizens in clear violation of their constitutional rights. In executing these violations, the officers further threaten cruel and unusual violence (such as dog bites, and further physical violation). While other officers casually stand by witnessing these violations, and claim they can do nothing to stop the violations by their fellow officers. A shameful waste of taxpayer dollars.

I tried to report a dog bite incident. Shouldn’t be that complicated. Called 3 different numbers. Told me to go to the Costa Mesa police station. The Hispanic lady at the front starts asking me which specific phone numbers I called (like I had them in my contacts or something) and asks me all these questions no one told me answers to. Acting like I was inconveniencing her like I should know all this. ALL I WANT TO DO IS REPORT A DOG BITE. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS COMPLICATED. Then she complained because I didn’t fill out her police form perfectly. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE SHOULD NOT BE AT THE FRONT DESK. if it is this complicated and difficult to report a dog bite incident then no one is reporting them.

On July 20, 2019 my friend and I were supposed to see Melissa Etheridge at the orange county fair at 7 o’clock. We parked right off Baker at 6 and figured we gave ourselves an hour to park and get in and get our seats. Little did we know it would take two hours to go about 4 miles and we never did find parking. The thing that was the most disappointing was the police presence directing traffic was almost unrecognizable. From what I could see all they were doing was monitoring the signal lights. Which was ridiculous because there was too many cars and not enough parking spaces. We would have had to park at least 2 miles away and walk. It was already 8 o’clock by the time we were even close to parking. The concert started at 7. By the time we would’ve walked and got checked in and into our seats would’ve been close to 8:45-9 o’clock. Those tickets cost us $100 each and they were worthless! People were breaking traffic laws left and right making illegal left-hand turns making illegal right hand turns it was utter chaos, it was a nightmare. I think the Costa Mesa police should have been out there directing traffic and making it a lot easier. But there was nothing, no direction whatsoever. And I thoroughly Blame costa mesa police for not directing traffic. I am so disappointed.

Why does this police department take so long in writing a report? They seem to not care that a drunk driver hit me and I’d like to get my car fixed. Terrible how unhelpful they are.

No and as long as this is still part of a capitalist free trade country it should not be restricted. Now wall street that's another story.
