The permits are $10 are issued for the 1st Saturday of every month. Yard sales can only occur on the 1st Saturday of every month. City Hall's also closed on Fridays so the latest you can get a permit is Thursday before
If you get a permit any day of the week i believe however it cost 10 dollars per permit and you are limited to the amount of times per year you are allowed to have a garage/yard sale.
