This is my first time ever to write a review in any form here at google. When I called I was asking information for a training. She just replied to me very rude I should have asked for their supervisor but she already put down the phone. Very unprofessional how can a person work in a government office very unprofessional. Be kind everybody right now is struggling at least be compassionate when receiving calls. Don’t deserve even a star. And by the way she yelled at me so strong in my line that I have to put my phone away from my ear. Why can’t you be like Sacramento office very professional he wanted to help me but he has no records of me there.

Great service in the front office, but that hispanic young lady in the back needs a professionalism class and to get off her cell while working. She did not even look up, when I walked up only uttered sign-in. Then she was very sarcastic in her answers to two people. One an older lady thatvwas having a hard time getting signed it . No need for that. Other then that great office!!
