The main access for the Aquarium proper is an elevator. The main entrance looks like stairs only, so you might have to look around for the alternate accessible entrance. There are ramps for the few multi level spots. There is a pool where you can lean-over to touch the fish, but I’m not sure how well it’d work with a chair.
You will find that this venue has elevators between the floors with plenty of room within the exhibits. Unsure of accessible door buttons.
