Hi.. we are renters, we have been living in the same house for 22yrs. The house is about to close escrow, we are getting ready to move out. I was wondering, how much of a relocation fee are we entitled to, if any?

If they give you the correct notification all you would be due back is your original deposit they do not have to pay you to relocate if there going to live there only if there going to re rent

If the property is under RSO you are entitled to a relocation payment of up to $19,700.00. Check with Los Angeles Housing.
