I was just informed that my ehv was denied as of today because my case worker didn't have me sign one document never had a case worker so how can I fix this problem?

Hello Camille. Our applicants do have a right to a review. The notice of denial/withdraw states the following: "You have the right to a review if you wish to dispute this action. To request a review please email [email protected] NO later than 30 days from the date of this letter." Please send an email to: [email protected].

Call and see if you can get a hearing. If so you can explain to them what happened and hopefully they can help you.
