If you are an older person who can't make your way there, or just don't have transportation, try calling your Medical Insurance Provider and ask them if you are eligible for free rides through Lyft, or Uber. Most registration processes can be completed online. However if you prefer immediate receipts and proof of the processes walking in to a field office would be the best bet. An appointment would be in your best interest.
