Yes they do provide hearing devices get there a bit early to check one out. Pretty much every seea in the Hult center is a great seat as far as sound goes it's well-designed if you want to know specifically the best spots favored by other patrons give them a call and ask thanks for your questions

I would think the best seat for hard of hearing patrons would be coherent in each space. I know they are very accommodating to everyone so I'd be surprised if there weren't some sort of device. Best to call and ask.

Id say mezinine level right in front of the sound box. Its straight facing and a good view. The way the speakers are set thats the best sound reception.

Depends on the event, personally I'm a front row kind of guy for ballet.
