There was a problem with the phones for about a week. We did try calling back the number that we believe you called from, to try to correct the order and left a message. Our return call was not responeded to. We were unaware the phone system was dropping calls at the time. We appologize for the problems you encountered.
I couldn't tell you, but in my opinion it's never okay for a manager to hang up on a customer and refuse to find a solution to the problem you were presenting her with.
