Order the boots at Walmart and they will have them there for you when they show up

Yes I would call both stores, where its coming from and where you want it to go. Voice call is the best option.
Tell them the stores address and tell them you live there! I have used a P.O. box for that exact same thing.
It should be no problem. Bank the store and give them your or cc er number (assuming you've ashtray placed your order). They souks be able to have that switched to in¹store pick up no problem
