They are charging people too much for material. They charged my little Tacoma for 3 yards of material. Clearly the employees don't know math because their own measurement on the receipt shows 1.5 yards of loose material. I guess they want the public to just dump your trash outside their entrance.

They came four hours early , I ran out and had my trash can 3 feet from the end o my drive way and th driver made eye contact and kept driving. Iwauted thirty minutes across the street and the drive said he was just helping out like that was an excuse for being this kind of human .... Disgusting ,

These people are so uniformly pleasant, professional, informed and coordinated, makes you wish you needed to go to the dump on the daily! You know how sometimes you cant get the help you need or the answer you want, so you just hang up and start over, hoping for better? No need with SOS. It might be training, it might be they took the time to hire well, but they have the best admin crew in GP, and even though they wince when they see me coming, those fellas outside are on the ball, too! And very low dump fees compared to anywhere in WA or Cali, plus helpful guidance on what you can dump, what they can collect, and recycling too! 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

Grateful for the transfer station closer to my home than Merlin. Friendly, quality staff, easy to take care of business and have the opportunity to recycle in addition to dumping what is not recyclable, quickly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable and I like that there are full, open hours to meet my needs.

Hello Deanna, Magazines are no accepted for recycling curbside or in our depots. The only paper material we accept is newsprint and their inserts. We would recommend donating your magazines to offices (doctor, dentist, automotive, etc) or local library.

I used to get some glass there. So I'm not sure if they still do.
If it is new you can take it to the transfer, if it has texture and paint it has to be tested for asbestos.
Tv's, computers, I know they take.
No. Or new years day. Routes will be a day late through Saturday both weeks
You can take glass at our recycle center
They have a special bin for them.
They do only if the bottles have a number 2 in the plastic recycle symbol on the bottom of the bottle.
Mattress and or box springs are $10 a piece
See the pictures: I posted a picture of their sign board. It should have their time schedule. They aren't open on holidays like most places. Oops, not on the sign, sorry about that. Their web site says they are open Monday thru Friday, 9AM - 5PM, except on holidays, you will have to check their schedule for those.
They say they go in the garbage
what is that
If you take appliances and anything else metal to cascade recycling you will actually get paid for it instead of having to pay to put in the dump. Cascade recycling is off Foothill in Grants Pass.
