Average lot space rent was $480, management has increased that fee (in one shot) by $115 making the average now of almost 600/mo, this is the most expensive mobile home lot in Yakima County with the least amount of amenities.
55 or older. Not sure on lot rent. I think it was 350.00 but it goes up every year.
