There is always opening at ECTLC. Its a Christian Based Program. They never turn down anyone

I've heard back too from homeless veteran referrals to ECTLC that the center is usually full up. The counselors at ECTLC may have good suggestions while putting your sister on the waiting list. Best wishes.

There is usually a waiting list but all depending on her situation is the sooner they get her in.
