I had the pleasure of receiving a tour of the property today and it was beautiful. My tour guide Dickerson was very friendly and super knowledgeable. We toured each amenity that the place offered and he provided great instruction on how things operated. I am not yet a resident but I am looking forward to being one really soon.

Not only did he take us around the complex and show us everything they had to offer but he was very engaged in conversation with us and finding the best home for our sons. Had the best experience at this apartment complex. My fiancé and I had been struggling to find an apartment that was in our price range, clean, and good reviews with available units. We were about to give up when we came across the Parkways Club apartments. The grounds were clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful and they offered some desirable amenities. Everything from two swimming pools, renovated grill areas, as well as a brand new Gym! They are also pet friendly and have two very welcoming dog park areas, which was perfect for us and my fiancés fur baby. Luckily we were able to find a fully renovated available unit with all of the things we were looking for. Once we decided to move forward with the apartment Dickerson made the application process easy and enjoyable. He walked us through the process and made sure to always be available whenever we had any questions. We were thrilled when we got the news we were approved! We are both very excited to move in and hope our experience living here will be just as pleasant as the walkthrough and application process. Thank you Dickerson for all your help and hard work!

Only been here a couple months, so far no complaints. Bingo night was amazing, won $100 off rent 👍. The staff here is amazing, one of the perks of living here is the meet and greets they have and the latest the food truck was Awesome and delicious. Thanks to the staff once again and all they are doing for the residents!! By the way the new paint jobs look 👀 great!!
