It is a self tour where you look at the production line from the upper level thru big glass windows. You can walk thru it fast or you can read all the info they have in every station. I did all the reading which by the way was really interesting, and it took me about 30 min. I hope this info is useful for you.
Tour 20 minutes average. 15 minutes in the shop. 2 minutes in the Volkswagen. Only go there if you pass on the way to someting else.
