They have erected a temporary visitors center and gift shop. It is very informative, and the new permanent structure is scheduled to open this summer. My son and I visited at the end of spring break this year and he had a blast.
Yes they are still open,and you can still do everything,and there sre still cheese tasting, food court,ice cream,restrooms and gifts .enjoy
