You can do a self guided tour whenever you want.
Free to be once you're there. We started upstairs and watched the processing and packaging of the cheese, then we spent time on the lower level with all the other imminities (food court, gift store etc)

Do not You arrive and enjoy the moment. It is spectacular. Even after the self-directed view you can eat or enjoy an excellent ice cream. Take your good camera or phone for the tour. And don't forget to capture such beautiful memories. I wish you the best
