I see that the pastor's wife is also listed as "lead pastor". Since this is not what the Bible teaches about women's roles in church, I am wondering how you defend this.

U don't defend it. We all know what the Bible says. Women are not too usurp authority over men not the house of God. But we as Real Christian's know that we have to teach them in the way they should go/ be. Women play an important part of our society according to God's word. Women are allowed to teach the word to other women and children. Just as with Abraham and Sara,hen God told Abraham to listen to what she had to say because he, Abraham wasn't listening to God concerning a situation that they were dealing with. Jesus had Paul write this down, Women are to be silent in church and if they have any questions, they are to ask their husbands after they return home. Read it folks before you start trying to teach it. The word of God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Never changing but Always teaching. God bless you and have a wonderful day.
