Yes Tracey behrer, the restrooms are under the pavilion.
The farmers market does have restrooms!
The pavilion does have bathroom's, but they are only open when there is something going on there, but there are Restaurants very close.
During events they truck in portable pottys. Otherwise local business.
There are some at the pavilion but I am not certain what hours they are unlocked when there are not events.
Sorry, I do not know. There are near by restaurants and the farmers market building may also have restrooms.
