Really nice place for sports and good park for kids. Fun for all.

The city of Johnson City has done an absolutely amazing job at this park. The playground and facilities are outstanding! My little girl loves playing on the playground at what she's termed "bear cave Park" because of the bear that is inside the tree trunk under the play structure. Needless to say a splash pad during the summer is excellent fun, there's a lot of shade provided for picnic tables under The pavilion within the playground area. Lots of spaces to rent for any event small or large.

They should have some Outlets there plugins good luck and have a good time and have a blessed weekend
Yes it’s free and you can stay all day long
Kids park no dogs
I asked the workers last week if it was open because it was all wet...they told me it was open for maintenance that morning, but won't be officially open until Memorial Day.
Yes. They are the old iron ones. I cover them with non-stick foil with some holes poked through. Personal preference though.
Yes! And there are some under roof as well so it is well shaded
After memorial day, per usual public pool and swimming guidelines.
It is planned to open
You have to go online to reserve it. They won't do it over the phone.
I think 7 tables and seat about 6 per table.
Yes it opened last week. But the splash pad area doest open till May.
No it is not.
No monkey there.
As far as I know it's still available.
I understand it closes on Labor Day.
Yes the park is open from 8AM to 9PM, however they do turn the splash pad water off at 7:30PM. Anyone can go during the open hours. They have multiple covered picnic table areas and grills. They're in different locations through the park. You don't have to reserve it though you will run into others just visiting the park. Now for complete private picnic table you may call the city and pay a deposit for your own area for a couple of hours. However they do not exclude the public from the actual play areas. This will only keep people from sitting at your table. You may want to go look at the different areas for picnic setting they have many covered ones and quite a few away from the main playground area. Go through gate towards the restrooms and they have trails leading to the covered dinnin areas wit grills provided. The city can give you a price check on what area you want. The main playground area, splash pad you can't rent or have it closed to the public. Just the picnic area/grill
Sorry I'm not sure. But you certainly can check with parks and recreation department for Johnson City
Yes, I think the last day that the water will be turned on is Tuesday.
It closes at 7 p.m. on Labor Day and reopens on Memorial Day at 10 a.m.
Yes it is. I think 12
Depends on the pavilion. For residents it starts with the most expensive pavilion being $65 for a half day, then $35 for the next, etc. Nonresidents it's a higher cost.
I'm not sure I don't remember if that was on the list or not. I know I couldn't take a pet. But keep it concealed and don't worry.
No. Not in rotary park. However, the park behind it on Oakland is permissible on lead. Also, yes, dogs do communicate aloud. I've seen only a rare few that are silent.
Yes. There are several pavilions to rent.
As long as they are on a leash and kid friendly as there is a big playground there.
