Crystal gave a good description for the fall. June is different. Contact them for special events
Its a walking tour of the property that once held a Wizard of Oz theme park. Go to their website for more info.
When I went fall of last year, we had to wait in a line to ride the bus. The bus took us up to the Land of Oz because there is no parking at the actual theme park. Then we walked to Dorothys house. You get a ticket with a number on it and they call so many numbers at certain times. That way it's not crowded. When your number is called, you get to go inside Dorothys house. Inside is a lot of pretty neat things. You go down in the basement, which has black lights and is made to look like the tornado. When you emerge from the basement, you're in the Land of Oz! You follow the yellow brick road to meet the Lion, Scarecrow, Tinman, Munchkins, Withches, Dorothy, Toto, and more. There is a chance to have your photo taken with all the characters, but you have to supply the camer/phone. You continue to walk the yellow brick road to the gate to the Land of Oz. You knock, the guard comes out, allows you in. The Land of Oz consists of a few places to eat, more photo opportunities, and gift stores.
Take the tour through the park.
