Technically it just depends what you want to use. If you use the picnic tables without a permit/reservations its first come first served and if you want to use the community room its $357 for the 1st 3hrs and every hour after its 25$ with the $357 it includes 10 table chairs and about 65 chairs and a minimum of 2 week notice Also they accept money order or check and all payments have to be paid upfront
