Do you guys buy magic cards and if so say i have a few that are worth around $20 or $30 would you guys buy it for a reasonable price or would you set a rate like 20 cents a card like crazy freds comics and stuff?

They have a website that you can price check your cards. When you bring them in to sell them the staff will check the condition of the cards and adjust their worth accordingly.
