I've been there a few times in the last 5yrs & yes its gotten a little better but still needs more stores. Sort of a ghost town
Its not really a shopping mall but more of a restaurant mall mainly created to give convention center and Disneyland visitors somewhere to eat.
When I was there February of 2018 it seem like a pretty thriving area especially for restaurants they did have a number higher end places to shop which offer a great selections as well
This place is good to come and eat dinner, play bowling. Come and see a concert, they moved house of blues from Downtown Disney to The Garden walk. Plus they have a night club if your in the mood for dancing. This place is not so much for shopping.

Went there April 7th, for a birthday. This was a Saturday and it was bumping with people.
