Possibly, but if they say they can't get the wheels off without ruining the tires, they won't even look at it
They don't fix anything that is a liability to their company. That is a manufacturers issue. If it was done by you then it is your responsibility to replace it. If it was a manufacturers defect then the manufacturer would be obligated to replace it. But for safety reasons they can not fix it without it being a liability to the company if the repair caused an accident.
