The Inn at Europa is amazing! My husband and I were just there. We've been there a couple of times already. We love it! Cost is reasonable too.
They do offer overnight stays in their casitas inside the bolero building and in the resort (although I'm not sure if this is open right now due to construction) but they are usually a little pricey. I usually stay at a hotel on Jefferson Ave since it's close to downtown Temecula and not far from the wineries. I'll usually catch a lyft if we decide to go winery hopping to avoid drinking and driving 😁👌
