Yes you can return without tags......bring your receipt with you if possible...they me able to help you with out your receipt as well if they can confirm the merchandise is from that store. Also best to contact customer service to be sure..policy is always changing
I would contact JCP customer service and ask that. I would say it depends. Do you have a receipt or gift receipt? Did you buy it with your JCP Card? I have heard at Walmart sometimes accepts returns with no receipt. But they ask you for ID. Due to grifters, trying to scam them. Every store has different policies. I would call JCP customer service and ask. Since store policies change.
