That was surely a mistake and if you were inside they would have prepared you a new strawberry shake.. But if you got it through the drive-thru and found it after you got to your destination then do call the manager on duty and I am sure they will make it right for your next visit..
Had not much of a choice being that when you go thr drive thru most people drive on...its not worth the trun around or even call and complain anymore. Its not that its got that bad. Its always been that way.
