There is a lot of outdoor seating but i would call and ask before bringing a pet. Honestly though, i think they would be ok with it as long as it wasn't wondering or anything.

I did phone the Scranton location and was told only service animals allowed. The Columbia Street & La Jolla locations both said they are dog friendly in outdoor seating.
There is a patio, but it's pretty packed with tables and people constantly walking by. I wouldn't, I would be afraid my little guy would get stepped on or tripped over, but call and ask

I have been able to bring a service animal before. I believe that would be the only way a pet would be allowed.
